We are unable to take reservations for any products that are currently unavailable.
You might like to sign for our availability notification, where we will send you an email or SMS when the flavor is back in stock.
On the individual product page, click on the "Notify When Available" button, and leave your email address or contact number. You will receive a notification once the flavor is back in stock.
We churn our flavors on a rotational basis, so there isn't a fixed schedule for when they come back. However, we do try to churn flavors with customer reviews more frequently than the rest, so do remember to give your favorites a shout-out!
Our delivery charges are
- $8 for islandwide delivery to one location if your order is below $57
- free for islandwide delivery to one location if your order is above $57
Deliveries will be made anytime between
- 10am to 5pm from Thursdays to Tuesdays
- 6pm to 9pm on Wednesdays
As we follow a planned delivery route, we are unable to accommodate requests for a specific time. If you require your order to be delivered at a specific time, you might like to select the "Pick Up" option at the checkout page, and arrange for your own courier to do a pickup from our Funan store.
* All delivery time slots will be from 12pm to 5pm on the eve of a Public Holiday, there will not be delivery on Public Holidays unless stated on our social media.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we require someone at the delivery address to receive your order.
If there is no one at your address, and you are unreachable at the delivery phone number provided, your order will be brought back to our store.
In the event of a non-delivery, you may choose to:
- arrange for a redelivery at an additional charge of S$8 to one location,
- arrange for a store pickup from our Funan store at no additional charge.
Please ensure you provide a valid local mobile number for a smoother delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day deliveries at this time.
If you require a same-day delivery, you might like to select the "Store Pickup" option at the checkout page, and arrange for your own courier to do a pickup from our Funan store.
